We follow the Australian Consumer Law to ensure our customers receive fair outcomes for returns, refunds, and replacements.
We offer a 30-day return policy for customers within Australia, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, unassembled (if applicable), with tags, and in the original packaging.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the funds.
