How long does delivery take?
Custom tags are made to order and typically dispatch within 5-7 business days from our Brisbane hub. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days after dispatch. Express shipping is available at checkout.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?

Can I return custom-printed tags?
Custom-printed and personalised tags cannot be returned as they are made to your specifications. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will replace them at no cost. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose the right tag for my livestock?
It depends on your state requirements and livestock type. For NLIS compliance, cattle need an approved RFID ear tag. Sheep and goats need electronic eID tags in most states. Browse our collections by animal type, or contact us and we'll help you choose the right product.
