14. GIVEAWAYS & TRADE PROMOTIONS
Farm & Acre Co may, from time to time, run promotional giveaways and trade promotions, including (but not limited to) Battery Ear Tagger giveaways and Tungsten Chainsaw Chain bundle giveaways.
By entering any giveaway or promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms stated in the relevant promotional material.
Eligibility
Giveaways and promotions are open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Residents of South Australia (SA), the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), and the Northern Territory (NT) are excluded from entry.
Entry
Entry is free unless otherwise stated. Only one entry per person applies unless otherwise specified.
Winner Selection
Winners are selected by a random draw. Unless otherwise stated, draws will be conducted on the final day of each calendar quarter. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification
Winners will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, Farm & Acre Co reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. No substitutions will be offered, except at Farm & Acre Co’s discretion where a prize becomes unavailable.
Publicity
With the winner’s consent, Farm & Acre Co may announce and/or share the winner’s name and/or entry on Farm & Acre Co social media channels.
Changes / Cancellation
Farm & Acre Co reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any giveaway or promotion where reasonably necessary, including where fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances affect the integrity or fairness of the promotion.
Third-Party Platforms
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram), Google, or any other third-party platform.
Privacy
Any personal information collected as part of a giveaway or promotion will be handled in accordance with the Farm & Acre Co Privacy Policy.
