How presale works

Some of our gear sells out faster than we can get it back in. Rather than leave the page sitting on Sold out, we open it for presale so you can hold a unit from the next shipment.

When you get charged

At the time you order, same as any other order on the site.

When it ships

The expected date is on the product page and on your order confirmation. It's the date our supplier has given us, so treat it as an estimate rather than a guarantee.

If that date moves

We'll email you the same day we find out, with the new date. If you'd rather not wait, tell us and we'll refund you in full.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time before it's dispatched and we'll refund you in full. No questions and no restocking fee.

What you'll hear from us

One email the day your order ships, with tracking. That's it. You don't need to chase us.
