C24 clips, box of 10,000. These are the standard rings the clip gun fires, 16 gauge with a 24mm crown.
Stainless is the one to get if you're fencing near the coast, along a river, or anywhere that stays damp. Costs a bit more up front and it holds up far better where things stay wet.
C24 is an industry size rather than a proprietary one, so these suit guns and pliers built for C24, not only the Outback one. Check the ring size your gun states if you're not sure.
