The Allflex TSU Applicator is a professional-grade tissue sampling tool used to collect DNA samples from livestock and other animals. The ergonomic design allows quick loading and sampling with minimal stress to the animal.
Multi-Species Use
The TSU Applicator is suitable for tissue sampling on:
- Cattle (dairy and beef)
- Sheep
- Goats
- Pigs
- Deer
- Alpacas and camels
- Fish and marine species
How It Works
In a single squeeze, the applicator:
- Takes a tissue sample from the ear
- Seals the sample into the TSU vial
- Preserves the sample for laboratory analysis
The sharp cutter assembly includes a double-acting system that ensures the sample is always pushed in and sealed into the sample tube.
Easy Loading
The applicator is designed for easy loading with TSU tissue sampling vials, even with large fingers in cold environments. Most animals are not aware a sample has been taken.
