  • White (Breeder) is for cattle born on your property. For NLIS cattle, the breeder tag is white, and it stays white. It does not change from year to year.
  • Orange (Post Breeder) is for cattle you have bought in and are re-tagging to your PIC. Cattle post-breeder tags are always Orange, permanently, regardless of the year.
